Snoring Help?

Question

So I have tried sleeping at my SOs... but he snores very bad. I love him so much but I need sleep and no matter what we try or what I try, nothing works. We tried breathing strips, nothing. I wear headphones with and without music, doesn’t help.
All I want to do is sleep in the same bed as him but it seems impossible at the moment.
Ideas?

My husband has been this way since we've been married. I bought and tried earplugs. I wear them all the time now. I can finally sleep.

Maybe his position? My husband snores the worst on his back but when he moves to his stomach it gets quieter. Or try and fall asleep before him? 🤷🏻‍♀️ good luck

Have him get a sleep study, they can do it at home. He could easily have sleep apnea and need treatment. And idk what your husband looks like but the myth that you have to be fat to have sleep apnea is simply not true. I have diagnosed soooo many people of all shapes and sizes. With treatment his snoring will be gone. My husband uses an oral appliance to treat his and the difference is night and day, no more snoring!

Im a,very light sleeper n my husband snores like crazy, i have to turn up my tv then he says its too loud, i tell him  well i cant hear over u..sometimes ill say sshhh real loud or just nudge him n tell him shut up or turn over other times i will sleep in the livingroom on the couch which is next to my room n i still hear his ass....smdh I've tried earplug but dnt like them, i have a,thing were i have to b alert at all times n check on every noise i hear that sounds outta place..crazy i knw but thts jus me

My husband snores about 75% of the time. Used to drive me crazy. Then I had a baby. Now I'm so exhausted I can sleep through anything 😆

Oh man, I’ll never forget when I first started dating my bf I have now and he stayed over for the first time. He snores so loud that it kept me up all night. We live together now and I’m pretty much used to it now and it doesn’t bother me as bad. It’s also not as loud as before either. I also too invested in getting ear plugs because I couldn’t sleep with him at first. Now I don’t wear them because it doesn’t bother me as bad.
