Pregnancy possibility?

My boyfriend and I had anal sex. we were extra careful and I held my hands on my vagina so his dick didn’t go anywhere near there. He came on my back nowhere near my vagina and immediately wiped it off and dried it and washed our hands. He never had precum so there wasn’t any from what I could see and I’ve been paranoid ever since then about being pregnant. In your opinion, should I worry?
