Possibility of being pregnant on IUD

So I’ve had the mirena iud since January 25 and had no problems. My period stopped around March and I haven’t one since. Still no problems but Now I’ve been having typical pregnancy symptoms for about 2-4 months roughly. Nausea almost every day on and off throughout the day, sore breasts but more tender than in pain, hot flashes, fatigue, even been urinating more frequently, slight cramping occasionally, smell sensitivity(the smell of a baked potato made me want to vomit) migraines, back pains, weight gain( about 15-20lbs since April) bloating. My stomach looks like I’m almost 6 months pregnant it’s bloated so much but it also feels hard. I also had some spotting last week for two days but it wasn’t even the whole day. I took two pregnancy test about two months ago both negative took two more last week also negative. I don’t know if I am pregnant and something or just causing it to not show or if it’s my iud giving me an almost phantom pregnancy affect. Please help!
