chlamydia

soo.. i recently went to the doctors because i was having symptoms of a uti (blood in urine, tingling while peeing, and frequent urge to urinate) my in office test came back negative, but my doctor sent it out to a lab for another uti test and a chlamydia test... i've only had sex w 2 boys in the past couple of months, but one is recent and i kinda really like him, so if i test positive for chlamydia and i have to tell them so they can get checked, do you think that it would ruin everything with this most recent boy? i will obviously tell him regardless but i just want an opinion
