Am i Pregnant ?

I had protected sex with a guy on the day i was suppose too be ovulating according to this app. He waited a while and had sex with me again but this time without a condom.. he told me the sperm dies on his thing but I read that there still could be sperm in his urethra. Its been 6 days, and now im experiencing some cramping and some gas. My period is due in 8 days and I'm not sure if this pms symptoms or pregnancy symptoms. What is the possiblity that this could be pregnancy? Am i overthinking this?
