This is what makes it all worth it.
Motherhood is not easy. In fact, it’s nothing like how I imagined. Especially doing this as a single mother. This is hard. So hard. I feel helpless sometimes. I’m so sleep deprived. I’m exhausted. PPD is extremely overwhelming.
But these smiles. Oh, these smiles. They remind me that I am doing a good job. His little smiles and cuddles melt my heart so much.
