VERY dry skin 31+2

On my face I always use Dove soap and it has always made my body soft but now my skin is so dry when I do my makeup I still look like shit because my face is so dry u can see it through my makeup and I hate it no matter how much I moisturize it and on my outer thighs and top huttcheeks it looks like I have alot of scratches idk what it is never has that before it feels very rough too if like I was scraped off the road lol anyone else experiencing this?
