So I don’t care for my in laws. Not going to get into it bc it’s not the point. My husband’s middle name is Francis as well as his father’s. He wanted to carry on the tradition if we had a boy. I struggled with this bc his dad really does not deserve such an honor, and we would definitely not hear the end of it. I did mention that since our baby is getting his family’s last name, it would be nice to have my Dad’s name included if we have a boy. He agreed!!! Woohoo! My husband and dad have a great relationship so it was kind of a no brainer. If we had a girl, he would be happy for her the have Frances for a middle name. Ok, fine. Compromise.

Fast forward 2 weeks and my FIL is interviewing for his millionth job, and he needed his birth certificate. His middle name is Fransisco, NOT Francis!!!!!!!!!!! Wtf?!?!?!?! How do you not know your own middle name!??? 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
