so i’m wondering if any of you ladies have suggestions of natural over the counter

fertility drugs

that are proven to work?? i have been diagnosed with pcos but don’t know if it’s for sure and i have endometriosis symptoms but haven’t gotten pregnant and have been trying since end of march... might need a little help i think but please give suggestions below!! my ovulation never becomes like egg whites it just gets watery and creamy. please help!
