Could nipple discharge be a side effect of plan b??

My bf and I had sex 6 days ago..he wasn't wearing a condom and I ws ovulating (2nd last day of fertile window)..bt he didn't cum inside me and ik he didn't even go all the way in me..may b just an inch or 2..he came really quickly and pulled out a good 30 sec before coming..I took plan b like 1 hr after this..today while changing I saw two little drops of yellowish-grayish discharge from one boob and one little white one..does this mean we're in danger..or is it just a side effect of plan b....plz help😭😭
