My little cousin kissed my belly and said hello!

I'm not really sure if this is the right place to put this but today I picked up my little cousins and took them to their house. (I watch them 3 days out of the week) Anyways as I was making them some mac and cheese my baby cousin (he's 3) came and said he wanted to say hi but he wasn't looking at my face so I said hi and he said not you and pointed to my belly. Then he walked away only to run back and give my belly several kisses and ran away again. I've been TTC for awhile now. Is this a sign? Could I be pregnant? AF is due in 9 days. I'm so confused. Is this normal?
