what to do.. what to do..

I need yalls help! I got told I can take Tylenol cold & sinus and benedryl for sinuses but I only have benedryl.. I have been putting of taking anything but I am completely miserable.. even though I know benedryl wont hurt him I still feel horrible because I feel like I'm putting him to sleep and I hate that feeling.. I absolutely love feeling him move but I need some relief.. i may sound crazy but I cry when I think about breaking down and taking atleast a half of one because even still it will put his tiny self to sleep. idk what to do! 😭😭😭
