So for the past few years, I've struggled with eczema on my face. I always had it elsewhere but a few years back it developed on my face. I do have steroid cream I use when I need it but I'm hoping to find something that is better for my skin since this thinks my skin and makes it tender. It is super effective so I'm not upset, I just wanna find a better solution. I can't wear makeup very often because of it. My skin is always so dry and flaky. It's painful and itchy.

A year ago it got so bad I had impetigo on my face.

Someone please give me advice.
