.5 celsius spike AF/IB day 3 - pregnant?

Hey Ladies,

I started bleeding 11DPO. It was very very brown and not very heavy. Thought it was IB but it continued into day 2 with a bit more red (but still way lighter than period). Took test, but BFN. My bbt dropped to 36.1 the day of bleeding, then 36.15 day 2, but this morning it shot up to 36.63.... could this mean I do have IB and it’s not my period? Are huge spikes like that normal during a period?
