How do you deal with another month

Cycle day 1. Going into month 14 of TTC. My heart is so broken every single time I get my period. I had an ectopic and then a miscarriage in the last 6 months. The ectopic really effed up my throid antibodies and I believe it's effecting my ability to get pregnant and I'm so done. I can't stop crying and I'm so done with all of this. (Especially because we only have dec to conceive and then have to stop for 3 months)

How do you keep your head up for each month??
