Ovulation Question

I wasn’t sure which group it applies to so I’m posting on two. So this is our second cycle ttc. Last cycle my luteal phase was too short. I had af on the 15th of this month and should be ovulating today or at least tomorrow according to my apps. My ovulation test are super negative. Which by now they usually have some sort of line. I’ve had a fever since Monday of 102 and was wondering if this will stop me from ovulating this month. 😔. I’m ebf and can’t take much. Acetaminophen isn’t helping for some reason. Does getting sick like this usually delay ovulation?
