Anonymous Job Applications
The City or Helsinki is introducing a process in 2019 to review job applications without name, date of birth, gender, address, or other personal information to hopefully reduce intentional or unintentional biases people have.
Do you think this is a good way to fight discrimination or do you feel the information missing on the application (name, gender, age, etc) helps to give a clearer picture of the candidate and is necessary?
