Here I go again...anyone else?

AF came, sadly.... I'll never understand why it's super easy for everyone else to pop out babies like nothing, or why people who aren't even trying get pregant too and I'm struggling daily to conceive my first. Just going to continue to have faith and pray. If anyone is on the same boat you know how I feel! I'm ready, just waiting for God to bless me with this miracle.
