So I just found out that I'm pregnant again and not even sure how many weeks yet. But I have dental work coming up here soon. It's stuff that HAS to be done. I keep getting abscessed teeth.. So painful and the surgeons are scared the infection could go to my brain because of how often i get them. Because of the account of teeth that have to be removed (24 yeah that's a lot) they will not give me any other choice than to be sedated.

I'm so scarred of being put to sleep. My son's grandmother Is constantly screaming at me and trying to have the surgery moved to a closer date--- but she doesn't know that I'm pregnant.... Kind of scared to tell her because of how mean she is and how she would react. The father of the baby is her son. But anyway.

How dangerous is it to be sedated while in the first trimester? I'm so worried. I'm trying to find a way to tell them I'm pregnant but not having any luck. I haven't even told the father yet,"
