Positive at home pregnancy test, negative dr urine test

So I’ve been having some bleeding I’m 5 weeks Pregnant today ... I went to my gynecologist he said my cervix is closed so I was not having a miscarriage but my urine sample said I was not pregnant even though I took 3 at home pregnancy tests and came back positive!!

When I peed in the cup I did get blood in my sample so I’m assuming that’s why it came back negative. Have any of you guys gotten positive otc tests and negative dr urine tests? The doctor ordered a blood pregnancy test so we’ll see!
