Suffering bad!!

Is anyone else suffering really badly from white, creamy CM? I’m having to change my underwear up to 7 times a day, one to stop infection and 2 becos pantie liners we’re making me itch so bad it Burnt when I peed!! My midwife checked me over yesterday and said I’m clear of infection but I’m badly inflamed down there! Red sore, burning, itching! Daily tasks are becoming a pain and I’m frightened to go for a wee!

Any ideas on what to do? I’m just over half way 22 weeks!
