I’m trying anything I can to reduce the pressure in my clogged milk ducts. It started last night. Well...that’s when it became noticeable.

I’ve massaged, expressed milk from the affected breast running my fingers above the clogging down to the nipple, took a hot shower, pumped, took ibuprofen for the discomfort.

My baby is almost 3 weeks and feeds ALOT, she nurses every 1-2 hours, most time between feedings is 3 hours max so she is definitely eating a great deal.

Anything else I can try besides what I’ve already done?! I don’t want this to turn into Mastitis
