Still birth and delayed periods

Okay, so... I was just wonder who all (if you’re comfortable talking about it) experienced a sudden change from regular periods to irregular periods after having a still birth? My son was born sleeping in July of this year, and I have had regular periods up until October and November. In October, I was a week late exactly. This cycle, I am a week late exactly and no sign of AF... I took a pregnancy test because I’ve been severely bloated, slight cramps (not like my normal menstrual cramps), extreme nausea, headaches, sore nipples, back aches, you name it. All of this is weird to me because I haven’t experienced this for an oncoming AF visit before. I guess what I should ask is, if I should go ahead and call my doctor to see what’s going on, or let my body get through a couple more cycles?
