Positive OPKs = ovulation day? Help pls

I took this opk today and it looks positive and was positive according to glow’s strip analyzer, but when I entered in my log it didnt move my ovulation day to today, it kept it at five days from now? Pls correct me if I am wrong but wouldnt a positive opk strip mean I am ovulating or will soon? Or will only a digital test actually confirm ovulation not the strips? Really dont want to make mistakes with these trying to TTC. Also getting this opk today should we BD today and tomorrow/next few days to be safe? Should i go buy a digital ovulation test?
