Anxiety

Anyone else have really bad subconscious anxiety? Like during the day I feel fine and am so happy and excited for this baby, but EVERY night I have terrible scary nightmares. I can tell my patience is very low too. I long for the end of the work day so I can “relax” but apparently neither resting on my couch and or working out is changing my anxiety levels. I’ve never taken prescriptions for this and before I was pregnant, I could just drink wine or partake in the greens. My “treat yo self” used to be pedicures, but now I’m worried about the fumes so haven’t gone in months. I’m pretty much worried about every thing. I’m worried about how worried I am affecting my baby. What are you doing to relax?
