7 weeks?????

Going off my last period I'm 7 weeks today. I know the doctors are going to go by that aswell until my first ultrasound. But my question is how far along were you actually???

I have measured perfectly on with three of my pregnancies and one week behind on one of my pregnancies. The one I measured a week behind ended up being a MMC at 13 weeks.
