I feel like my dad is connected to my baby

When I first found out I had non stop dreams of my dad my first hcg was very low but still in my dreams he was happy and when I got better results I had a dream he was over the mood happy my dad pass last year in June btw this was the day I got the better results maybe I am crazy but I think it was a sign from him well last night I had a dream about a baby boy and my dad was holding him and he was just so happy this morning I got up and I felt and saw my baby on one side my of tummy I feel like he is connected to this baby he love both my other kids also well I hope lol I am 13 weeks and 5 days could I be crazy to think he's connection to the baby or just missing my day
