Miscarriage??

Ok so I recently found out I was pregnant last week & turns out I’m 4weeks turning 5weeks tmm & ive been bleeding for 3days I went to the hospital and my hcg levels were low at 36. They told me that there was nothing they can do It was to early to see anything in the ultrasound. So I’m here playing the waiting game I’ve taken like three pregnancy tests and there still coming out positive I have a doctors appointment December 7th. And the bleeding is slowly stopping.
