Nursing to sleep

My LO is 13 months n has only breastfed till now along with foods. We sleep together on the same bed n I hv been nursing her to sleep (naps as well as nighttime). I m her human pacifier. (I did this bcoz I wasnt sure she was getting enough milk so whenever she wanted to suck I just let her bcos I thought she needed it). Now how do I break this habit n hv her fall asleep without nursing ? (I don’t hv a crib where I can leave her alone in till she sleeps herself. So I can’t leave her on the bed n go without the fear of her falling off.) Her dad is currently not staying with us. My folks are here n they tried carrying her or playing music but she just refused n cried for me .
