Bleeding update, help, any advice??

Question

So I started bleeding yesterday morning.  (Went to the ER, my hcg level is borderline, I have a "threatened miscarriage", I'm going in Monday for another blood test to see if I miscarried or not ?)
​I'm still bleeding today, but mostly when I go to the bathroom. Yesterday it was bright red, today it's a little darker red, and I went all day without filling a regular pad. I have only had very small clots, like that size of a ball point pen tip I guess?? I have no cramps today either (yesterday I had slight cramps that came and went)
​I'm only about 4 weeks (don't know for sure, haven't gone to dr except to confirm the pregnancy)

​Has this happened to anyone that it didn't end in a miscarriage?  Please don't tell me stories that it did end badly, I need some positivity please! :(

I had sudden bleeding during three of my pregnancies.  One of the times it was so much bleeding that I had to call 911 and was rushed to the hospital. Each time they never could figure out why but the baby was always fine.

Nikki- I am going thru the same thing right now and I am 11 weeks pregnant, I have been bleeding bright red blood for a week now.  Did you ever get any other symptoms like bad cramping to know you were miscarrying for sure?  I'm sorry for your loss

This happened to me but it didn't end well:( hoping you are not going to mc. I'll be praying that everything is ok! I started to mc on June 5th (blood only when I wiped) doc said I may or may not mc. A couple days later started started clotting (big). Bleed for a few days and by the 19th the preg test was neg. praying for good news!!

Nikki a SCH is a subchorionic hematoma bleed in which the there is a slight bleed in the uterus and it has to bleed out or the body reabsorbs it. You & the baby will be just fine sending baby dust! ✨

Just went to the bathroom and had only slight spotting on the toilet paper! Hoping that's a great sign, I wish I had a test I could take to see if it's getting darker or anything
