Bad gas pains??

Can anyone relate to this? I woke up around 10:30 the other night with extremely bad abdominal pain. It was mostly upper like above my belly button.

It was constant and it hurt to breathe, hurt to move, and hurt when I touched my stomach.

I’ve had gas pains before, but they were more like contractions where they came and went and had me doubled up each time they came. So I know gas pains can be rough.

After about 4 hours it subsided and went away. Never went to the bathroom or had any gas with it.

Anyone ever have this constant sharp upper abdominal pain? Doc recommended I try mylanta next time thinking it was just gas 🤷🏻‍♀️

But y’all that was some intense 4 hour long gas!
