Would u be upset ?

My boyfriend who is a big coward ( I'm mad while I'm typing this) is afraid of saying things like it is and being upfront with me. Me and his best friend do not get along, and I told her to distance himself because she isn't the best person for him. She texted him to say saying she has a blown tire and he made sure she was alright which I was okay with, but it was like he didn't want to tell me and he wanted to hide it from me. When I asked him he hesistated and originally told me it was nothing but then he admitted it was her. I'm upset about it that he had to hide it and tbh I'm just over him... He claims he's scared idk wtf that means. Do you agree with me or think differently?
