IUD And Pregnancy

I just had the IUD planted about a month ago. I've experienced some cramping here and there a this past month and what not. My boyfriend of almost 3 years and I started having unprotected sex and stopped using the pull out method since it was placed in. I feel fine. Still nervous however about the chance of becoming pregnant. The doctor said everything should be totally fine.
