Prayers please!!! 8 weeks days pregnant

I am supposed to be 8 weeks 3 days pregnant. I have had 3 back to back miscarriages one at 14 weeks next at 5 and the last at7. I have ready had a vaginal ultrasound on the 20th seen everything. Heartbeat was 166. I was so happy. My mom had bought me this package from a ultraound place for one now worh a heartbeat keepsake and the other at 15 weeks. I went tonight and they did the abdominal ultrasound she couldn't find the heartbeat of course they aren't a doctor so she told me nothing just said go to my doctor Monday or call see if they can get me in and do a vaginal ultrasound sense that shows more.. please has anyone ever had this happen hearing the heartbeat on vaginal then not on abdominal ultrasound. Again I am 8 weeks 3 days. I am just so praying and holding on to faith but then again just feel sooo broken.
