Being induced ..

Hi ladies! As of tomorrow I will be 39 weeks. My first DS was born at 36 weeks I had contractions while at the mall arrived at the hospital around 6pm gave birth by 3:25am .... some what painful but bearable. so it wasn’t that long of a process .. OB mentioned being induced on Monday 7:30 am .. I’m reading some posts on here and they’re freaking me out ... any advice??? Tips ? Anything helps . Trying not to freak out .
