Would you take out a loan, in your name, for someone else?

I’m 22, rent and am about to make a necessary move to a new apartment within a month. I’ve been at my current job for less than 2 years and have only recently become permanent staff. Someone who’s helped me out before is currently pressuring me into getting a loan, in my name since they can’t as their work permit has expired. The loan is to handle expenses in renewing their permit. They’ve reassured me that they’ll take responsibility for finding a guarantor and paying. This is despite my explanation that I’m apprehensive since I’m not really financially stable and already have a debt incurred in my name on behalf of my brother. They’re also currently unemployed and their guarantor is new to their job. What would you do in that situation?
