OMG.. I’m still in shock.

I’ve been wanting to get pregnant for the past year or more & a few months ago my hubby told me on his own that he was ready for our first kid. I missed my period this November and took 2 pregnancy tests and both came positive!!! I am crying with happy tears!!! He still doesn’t know but I plan on surprising him for Christmas. I have my first doctors visit on the 12 and by then I should be 9 weeks. Any tips & advice?? Also, tips on ways to surprise for Christmas?? 🥰
