Trying not to gain too much weight...
I gained 46 lbs with my first pregnancy. This time I’m trying to stay closer to 25 lbs and definitely within the recommended 25-35 lbs. I’m 21 weeks and have already gained 15 lbs but I still feel hungry all the time!!! I’m constantly watching the clock to see when I can have my next meal. I don’t even feel like I eat that much and don’t understand how I’ve already gained 15 lbs. Anyone else in the same boat? Need some tips and encouragement!
