Did you all get an ultrasound? I’ve had some spotting so i want to make sure i get one!!

My first appointment was at 4 weeks and no ultrasound but my second I was 8 weeks and they did one

My first appointment was 5 weeks and i got an ultrasound, but it was only because my docotor thought i was wrong about my last period so she thought i was farther along. I got another at 6 weeks becuase after not finding anything the first time, she had me do the blood tests and my hcg levels came back high so she was thinking maybe it was twins (very common in my family). Normally she doesnt do ultrasounds until 10+ weeks.
