Citalopram while pregnant

Me and my husband lost our daughter at 22 weeks in October of last year and I was put on citalopram because of it. I'm still supposed to be taking it, but is it safe to take while pregnant? I'm using the same OB this time around and she hasn't mentioned anything about it. I'm 12 weeks.
