How to relieve constipation during pregnancy??
How did/do you mama to be relieve constipation? My doctor told me I could take my miralax but I don’t want to have to take it everyday, I did before because I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and it was already hard for my to go to the bathroom on a daily basis without the miralax but I want more natural remedies
