Potty training questions

When potty training did you start Day time and Night time training all at once or did you slowly ease into the night time potty training?

We’ve been potty training for a week at home (I put him in pull ups when we go out which I should probably stop doing but I didn’t want him peeing anywhere)

Anyways now it seems like we’re just back tracking he won’t stay on the potty anymore like he was before, he’s been having more accidents I just don’t know what to do? He’s my first child so this is a learning experience for me too and I need all the help I can get!😂
