Bad Headache

Yesterday night when I got home I has the most baddest headache on my right side and feels like my right eye too. I don’t have any Tylenol just Ibuprofen so I decided to just drink water and go sleep. I kept waking up in the middle of the night and it would almost immediately start back hurting. So now I wake up and it’s still hurting almost feeling as sleep didn’t help at all. I want to take an ibuprofen but afraid too because I’m currently 32 weeks and 2 days. Anyone suggestions?
