Pregnancy maybe?

Just need a few answers from mothers that know if they're pregnant like a week before taking a test.

I'm 4 days until my period is due, I'm having slight cramps and I woke up several times tonight to urinate. When wiping I noticed some pink spotting/discharge. The second last time I got up to go, the discharge is brown like it's old blood. I've been extremely tired and nauseous, my breasts are giving me fits with pain and I'm finding it difficult being comfy because I'll get too hot and my lower back will ache slightly in most positions.

I've been pregnant before but never noticed signs before but it was honestly a surprise when I found out.
