Bright red bleeding with misoprostol dose 3 (no pics, I promise)

Long story short I lost my baby at 6+3 (first pregnancy, first miscarriage). I had planned to have a D&C around 13 weeks and day before started bleeding. Doctor gave me two doses of misoprostol to take and told me it was “better this way.” She cancelled my D&C after I told her nurse I had passed some large clots, and then I took dose 2.

A week later (today) I went in for follow up and she said there was still a 1-2cm something in my lower uterus. Sent me home with another two doses.

The first dose I took like two hours ago and I have very very mild cramping but lots of bright red blood, no clots...

If there was only a small 1-2cm “something” should I be worried that there’s just thin, bright red blood? It’s about a pad every 2 hours so not that crazy, but it is just steadily dripping out.
