Any advice is great

Right on this very date last year I found I was pregnant and not long after I had a miscarriage. I have then struggled to get pregnant, so I requested for ultrasounds, it turns out I have a tilted womb and a little cluster of things on both my ovaries. So therefore it's going to be difficult to conceive! This time last year my nipples were really sore when I found out I was pregnant. Well 2 weeks ago on the 5th I bd with my other half. Well I'm only ovulating this week by my app. But since my mc my periods have only lasted up to 3 days. But over the past few days my nipples have been really sensitive and sore?!

Can someone help me please

Took an ovulation test today (Well more than one) they've came up 2 lines but the pt came up as negative.

Any ideas why this is?! As I say I've not had very sore or sensitive nipples like this since I found out last year I was pregnant.
