I AM FREAKING OUT PLEASE HELP

16 days a go i had an accident where the condom broke and he came in me. I immediately got a plan B pill. Today i went to pee and i saw i was bleeding im too worried that it is implantation blood. Can the pill cause my period to come early like more than a week early. Also i don’t have cramps or anything.
