Ttc #2

So I off da implant for a year and half now due to the fact I'm trying fa bby #2... I now wake up nausea, my tummy is funny shape as if something is growing, I never bn this big except when I was preggo wit my daughter 6yrs ago, and I eat more in da morning when I usually don't... I have seen my AF and its now off track so it came early den late den on time.. When it always bn on time. Now it hurts to sleep on my tummy and I when I suck it in... I have also tested... BFN is all I get... Any suggestions or help...
