How can I give direction in bed?

I just recently started seeing a guy who is really inexperienced in the bedroom. He has only been with a few women and they a took control when it came time to have sex. Needless to say.. We have had a lot of firsts for him together. I want to be able to direct him..but I don't know how to do it without it possibly sounding like I'm not enjoying myself. Any advice? :)
