HELP! I don’t know what’s wrong! :(

So yesterday around the evening I woke up from a quick nap to pee. So when I went to pee I realized that I kind of hurt to pee towards the end. And when I finished peeing, my clitoris felt weird. (I can’t explain this odd feeling!) What’s also weird is that I started lightly bleeding yesterday, but today when I had gotten home I peed & sat on the toilet for a minute or two and realized that I had a small clot of blood in the toilet. In this picture it’s a lot smaller but the clots were a bit bigger. HELP! Because I’m very worried rn. :(
